Free Crochet Pattern: Heartstrings Fingerless Gloves

“Never underestimate the power of embellishment.” –Kim Guzman

Brand new from Kirsten Holloway Designs is this beautiful set of fingerless gloves (or mitts, if you prefer). If you’re a fan of Marguerite stitch, be sure to check these out. You’ll find Marguerite (also known as star stitch) in alternating solid rows for such a beautiful effect.

The detail at the wrist with the button tab make these look super classy! I haven’t said it in awhile, so here goes. “Never underestimate the power of embellishment.” The mitts were already beautiful but the button tab really takes it up a notch.

Kirsten has used readily-available Red Heart Soft for this project so you’ll have no problem starting right away. In only a short time, you can stitch these beauties up and wear them this weekend.

If you’re looking for a matching hat, Kirsten has a Heartstrings Slouchy pattern available as well. You can find the link for the hat pattern at her site below as well.
