My Crochet Pattern Notes
This is a beginner skill level project made up of eight granny squares, seamed together in a line. The circle in a square combines a medium lacy circle, squared off for a quick and easy 7″ crochet block that can be used for a wide variety of projects. Make extra blocks for a wider project or longer scarf.

At the time of writing this pattern, Big Twist “Carousel”, an aran weight yarn, is available in six colorways.
I was able to find it at JoAnn.
Although classified as aran weight, this yarn seems to work up a little heavier than other aran weights. It’s that little bit of halo that causes an increase. This yarn is very similar to the bulky weight, Premier Puzzle.

Yarn Needle for weaving ends.
Gauge
Each square measures 7″ x 7″.
